Policies
Plain-language terms so you know exactly what you are agreeing to before any money changes hands.
Refund policy
We take a 50% advance to begin work and the remaining 50% only after delivery. This section explains exactly when money comes back to you.
You get a full refund of your advance if:
- We cannot get the project running on your machine after a setup call and reasonable troubleshooting.
- We fail to deliver by the date we agreed, and you no longer want the project.
- The delivered project does not do what this website said it does.
We cannot refund once:
- You have paid the balance and accepted delivery, unless a fault is found within the 7-day support window.
- You have asked for a custom project and we have completed the agreed work to specification.
- Your submission deadline passed for reasons outside our control, such as a late order.
Refunds are sent back to the same account you paid from, within 5 working days of being approved. To request one, message us on WhatsApp with your name and college — we do not require a form.
Terms of service
What we sell: a working software project together with source code, documentation, a setup guide and a video walkthrough. Prices, delivery times and inclusions are as listed on each project page at the time you order.
How ordering works:
- You confirm a project and pay 50% in advance.
- We deliver within the stated lead time, counted from the day the advance clears.
- You pay the remaining 50% after you have seen the project running.
- You get 7 days of support from the delivery date.
Exclusivity: we do not sell the same project to another student at your college in the same academic year. We track this by the college name you give us, so please give it accurately.
Your responsibilities: you are responsible for how you use what we deliver, and for complying with your institution's rules on project work and academic honesty. We provide a working reference implementation and the documentation to understand it. We do not sit your viva or submit anything on your behalf.
What we own: until the balance is paid, the code remains ours. Once paid in full, you may use, modify and submit it. You may not resell it or redistribute it as your own product.
Hardware: IoT projects include a component list and circuit diagrams. Where a hardware kit is included, this is stated on the project page. Shipping times for hardware are separate from software lead times.
Limits: our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.
Privacy policy
What we collect: your name, college, course, contact number and anything you choose to tell us about your project. That is all.
How we collect it: this website does not run analytics, does not set advertising cookies, and does not store your enquiry. The enquiry form simply opens WhatsApp with your details typed into a message — nothing is submitted to a server here.
How we use it: to reply to you, to build and deliver your project, and to enforce the one-project-per-college rule. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.
How long we keep it: order records are kept for two academic years so we can honour the exclusivity promise and support requests. Ask us to delete your details and we will, except where we need a record of a completed sale.
Payments: we use UPI and bank transfer. We never see or store your card details, UPI PIN or banking password, and we will never ask you for them.
Questions about any of this?
Ask before you order — we would much rather explain something twice than have you unsure.
